After a decade in private practice and working across multiple clinical settings, The Upleveling was born from a moment of radical personal transformation, in an apartment in Istanbul, where everything Dr. Jennifer B. Rhodes thought she knew about healing fell quietly apart and rebuilt itself into something far more powerful.

Her clinical psychology training gave her the foundation. But it was travel, yoga, meditation, the spirit world and a 15-year journey through the full spectrum of love, loss and karmic initiations with both love and money that gave her the transmission.

That journey was triggered by the ending of a relationship she once believed was with a narcissist. A decade and a half later she understands the truth: that soul was never her wound.
